INGREDIENTS
- 4 Ahmad Tea Green Tea teabags
- 300g Caster sugar
- 1 Lemon sliced into 4
- 6 Raspberries
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Lemonade
- 1 Lemon (for garnish)
- 2 Raspberries (for garnish)
- Cubed ice
METHOD
- Brew 4 x Ahmad Tea Green Tea teabags in 100ml boiling water
- Mix with caster sugar in a pan over a low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved
- Allow to cool in the fridge
- Muddle raspberries and lemon together and add to a shaker with lemon juice and plenty of ice
- Shake well
- Double strain the mixture into a margarita glass and top with lemonade
- Garnish with a raspberry and a lemon slice
