INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Ahmad Tea Green Tea teabags
  • 300g Caster sugar
  • 1 Lemon sliced into 4
  • 6 Raspberries
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 20 ml Lemonade
  • 1 Lemon (for garnish)
  • 2 Raspberries (for garnish)
  • Cubed ice

METHOD

  1. Brew 4 x Ahmad Tea Green Tea teabags in 100ml boiling water
  2.  Mix with caster sugar in a pan over a low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved
  3. Allow to cool in the fridge
  4. Muddle raspberries and lemon together and add to a shaker with lemon juice and plenty of ice
  5. Shake well
  6. Double strain the mixture into a margarita glass and top with lemonade
  7. Garnish with a raspberry and a lemon slice
