We all know that good sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind. That’s why we've created Natural Benefits Sleep infusion. A light yet luxurious blend of flowers, honey and lemon balm, it’s the ideal herbal tea to soothe you into a sleepier state of mind.
INGREDIENTS
- 100ml hot water
- 1 Ahmad Tea Sleep teabag
- 1½ tbsp cocoa/cacao powder
- ½ tbsp sweetener (honey, sugar, maple syrup, etc.)
- 200ml warm milk of choice
- 1-2 tbsp collagen (optional)
Method
- Add the teabag and hot water to a mug and leave to brew for 5 minutes.
- Add the cocoa powder, sweetener and collagen (if using any) to another mug.
- Mix with 1 tbsp of hot water to create a paste, then add in the warm milk and brewed tea.
- Give it a quick stir and enjoy!
